sonsbeek stands in solidarity with the Palestinian people

“Today, my body was a TV’d massacre.
And let me just tell you, there’s nothing your UN resolutions have ever done about this.
And no sound-bite, no sound-bite I come up with, no matter how good my English gets, no sound-bite, no sound-bite, no sound-bite, no sound-bite will bring them back to life.”

– Rafeef Ziadah

No sound-bite will end this, we raise our voices with the many condemning what Human Rights Watch has labelled as crimes against humanity committed by the State of Israel against the civilian population of Palestine and their home grounds. As we commemorate 73 years since Nakba, we join together to reaffirm our commitment to the Palestinian people's struggle for liberation. sonsbeek expresses solidarity with them and condemns the settler colonial violences that the state of Israel has inflicted and continues to inflict.

The EU, the Netherlands and (ties to) several multinationals are not innocent when it comes to the occupation of Palestinian land and the ongoing apartheid, let’s make that clear to our representatives.
